Lex Wolnosc (Lex Libertas) is the simplest and the optimum vision of education law. Implementation details are secondary and may depend on democratic decisions.
The three principles of Lex Libertas:
- the coercion in education is forbidden
- children education is supported with school vouchers
- the existing education system in the hand of the state is governed by local authority
Due to low social support, Lex Libertas is unlikely to be submitted and passed by the parliament without major effort, esp. on the part of students and educators.
Possible pathways:
- referendum: it is unlikely to succeed as majority of population believe in the myth that lack of coercion leads to illiteracy
- electronic referendum (generator)
- lawsuit (e.g. single case of a wrong child, using human rights as the basis)
- petition to the human rights spokesman (RPO)
- petition to the child's rights spokesman (RPD)
- other petitions (incl. to the parliament)
- school strike
- round table of education
- citizen bill
- parliamentary bill submitted by MPs
