Lex Libertas

Lex Libertas (#LexWolnosc) is a simple 3-point education law that transitions the education system from the principles of command-and-control to the principles of self-organization driven by human initiative, in particular, the source of control in the ecosystem is granted to student's natural learn drive.

The principles of Lex Libertas:

1. student's freedom from coercion
2. student's support with school vouchers
3. school autonomy with the present ownership structure unchanged but free from restrictions
